You’re Invited: Weekend Workshop on Cultivating a Yin Body State

Join us for a transformative weekend workshop where you will learn to cultivate a "Yin body state" and explore the profound connection between breath, proprioception, and interoception. Through a carefully curated blend of practices, this workshop will empower you to harmonize your body and mind for long-term physical and mental well-being.

At the heart of this experience, you’ll discover the fundamental concepts of activating and organizing the foot-to-core, hand-to-core, and whole-body biotensegric model. This approach integrates the entire kinetic chain into a relaxed, dynamic state of balance and stability. Through a carefully curated blend of practices, this workshop will empower you to harmonize your body and mind for long-term physical and mental well-being.

  • Empowerment Through Awareness: Dive into the first principles of somatic practice, focusing on integrating your fascial system into a unified structure and understanding how tension is distributed throughout your body.
