Qi Gong is a gentle, breath-centred practice that blends stillness and movement to bring harmony to body and mind.
Through slow, flowing sequences and moments of quiet pause, we learn to down-regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect and re charge with a natural sense of ease.

Physical benefits of Qi Gong practice include:
