All of the Slow Yoga is safe and accessible and is based on a form of practice that activates and organises the whole body to act as one. It's a feeling and has a positive effect on balance and stability whilst build strength.
Slow Yoga get strong focuses on gentle stretches and full body activations that strengthen the back and the whole body. We also focus on hip mobility, these are gentle and slow classes.
The Tai Chi and Circlewalking Qi Gong classes are based on some fundamental concepts of balancing yin and yang energies in the body. This practice has a profound calming effect on the mind and body.
In our Tai Chi classes we include standing meditation and circle walking as well as simplified 10 and 24 form Yang style forms. These shorter forms make learning much easier.

Below are some examples of how we might practice.
1/3/24 I found this table top variation clip and I'd like to share to the Yoga classes. This is a good theme for the month. The demonstration has clear instructions and I like the pace. I would add hand to core connection. The tiger pose at the end is pretty strong for beginners.
19/3/24 I really like the feel of this morning qi gong/yoga flow, it feels very similar to our Slow Yoga practice.
